Important: Admission rules and dates may change. Use the source link and official authority as the final reference.

Give each resource a job

Choose a main text or set of notes for understanding, a question source for practice and a small error log for revision. A resource that repeats material you already have should solve a specific problem before you add it to the timetable.

Compare the contents with the current syllabus guide. Check the edition, errata and whether explanations show the method as well as the answer. A publisher's “latest” label is not evidence that every topic matches your examination session.

Evaluate sample material

Try a small section before buying a larger package. Can you follow the explanation? Are answer keys consistent? Does the difficulty support your present stage of learning? Discuss uncertain solutions with a teacher instead of memorising an unexplained answer.

Use legally available question-paper resources. Keep a record of the source and session so that an older pattern does not get mistaken for the current format.

Keep the plan affordable

Borrow or use an existing suitable edition when it covers what you need. More subscriptions do not automatically create more useful practice. Review progress with your weekly study plan before changing materials. These are selection criteria, not paid endorsements or a guaranteed preparation formula.
