After NEET UG, the next admission process is: MCC for its notified medical/dental seats, the relevant state authority for state seats, and AACCC or state authorities for AYUSH seats.
Admission checklist
- Identify the counselling process that covers your chosen course and seat category.
- Complete any separate registration, document verification and fee steps within that process.
- Read the current seat matrix and enter choices in your genuine order of preference.
- After allotment, check acceptance, upgrade, reporting and withdrawal rules before taking action.
- Keep the allotment letter, receipts and submitted documents, and complete reporting within the stated deadline.
Documents to organise
- Class 10 and Class 12 records, identity and applicable category certificates
- The examination result/rank card and admission-process registration records.
- Any certificates needed for the specific quota or category you claim.
Before choosing a seat
A NEET result does not itself allot a college. Identify the counselling authority for the course and quota you want.
