Hostel, mess and other instalments
Accommodation and mess start at ₹2,00,000 per year plus applicable GST, with different room tariffs. The refundable caution deposit is ₹1,00,000, subject to damage deductions. Other fees are ₹1,55,000 for instalments two to four and ₹72,400 for the final half instalment.
