Campus facilities
DMC describes lecture halls, an auditorium, a central library with digital resources, Wi-Fi, grounds, a cafeteria and mess. Separate boys’ and girls’ hostels form part of the student accommodation. These facility descriptions are distinct from current room availability and the financial demand for an individual student.
The 2026 prospectus lists ₹27,500 refundable hostel security, ₹33,870 annual first-year AC-room rent payable six-monthly, ₹2,540 property tax and ₹1,000 annual water charges. A ₹45,000 mess advance is adjusted to actual use; mess demands may recur six-monthly or earlier. The notice specifies a 5% rise in rent for subsequent years. These are provisional residence charges.
