Dr B R Ambedkar Medical College: FAQs
Questions students ask about Dr B R Ambedkar Medical College
Does this college have a super-speciality entry in the reviewed catalogue?
Yes. The dated NMC postgraduate matrix includes M.Ch. Urology for this exact college. Its entry requirements and super-speciality counselling route differ from MBBS and MD/MS.
What is the dated MBBS intake?
150 seats in the exact NMC undergraduate Total cell for AY 2026–27, as of 18 September 2026. This is an intake reference, not remaining counselling vacancies.
How many individual programmes are displayed?
23 named programme entries: MBBS plus 22 entries in the selected postgraduate matrix. This does not establish all allied-health or NBEMS offerings of the wider organisation.
How is admission obtained?
NEET UG → KEA counselling; MD/MS via NEET PG and applicable KEA allocation. Always match the current programme and category matrix to the exact campus.
Is the quoted cost a complete course budget?
A dated, college-specific current fee schedule has not been established in the reviewed evidence. No neighbouring college’s rate or undated directory estimate is substituted.
Does a missing cutoff mean I can get admission at any rank?
No. Missing numerical evidence is not an admission prediction. The same year, programme, quota, category, round and rank scale must be used for a valid comparison.
Are placements or reviews independently verified?
This update does not establish a placement percentage, salary package or student-review score. No fabricated reviews or predicted outcomes are added.
Where can I get help?
Use the MedCollege contact section for guidance about the evidence and admission research. Guidance is separate from a counselling allotment and from the college’s payment process.
