MBBS reporting documents: 2026–27
The college’s 2026–27 checklist separates attested and unattested document sets and identifies originals within each list. Prepare the following groups, then follow its full item-by-item instructions.
NEET admit card and scorecard; AIQ allotment letter where applicable.
Birth, school marks, transfer, character and medical-fitness records.
Domicile, category, parental-income and discharge documents as applicable.
Photographs and the prescribed institutional, anti-ragging and gap declarations.
Some attached affidavit templates retain older dates. Confirm the accepted current formats with the student section.
The checklist dated 12 November 2025 applies to MD/MS admission for session 2025–26. It requests NEET-PG records, MBBS marks and degree certificates, internship completion, registration and attempt certificates, together with the applicable allotment, identity, category and institutional declarations.
It separates self-attested and unattested sets. Use it as a preparation reference and obtain the checklist for the session and round in which you are admitted.
