UT-quota reporting documents: Admission 2026
The UT-quota checklist linked from the college’s Admission 2026 page asks for the admission form, J&K BOPEE selection notification, NEET-UG records, school certificates, photographs, identity and domicile documents, and prescribed medical-fitness and affidavit forms.
Category and income evidence apply where specified.
The checklist separately identifies a BOPEE-prescribed service bond for candidates from the UT of Ladakh.
Migration, prior-college discharge and study-gap documents depend on the circumstances stated in the checklist.
Follow both pages for the order of documents and originals/copies. Confirm applicability with the admitting authority.
All India Quota reporting documents: Admission 2026
The separate AIQ checklist asks for the provisional allotment letter, admission form, NEET-UG records, school certificates, photographs, identity and domicile or residence proof, medical-fitness certificate and the college affidavit.
Category, migration, prior-college discharge and study-gap documents are conditional as described in the checklist. Its second page explains how to arrange originals and copies.
Use the AIQ checklist for an AIQ allotment. Do not automatically add UT-specific documents from the other list.
The notice dated 14 September 2026 scheduled Phase I classes for already-joined MBBS students from 15 September 2026 at 9:00 a.m., with reporting by 8:45 a.m. for orientation.
That scheduled date has passed as of this review. New or later-round entrants should ask the academic section for their joining and catch-up instructions.
