| Path | Evidence needed |

| Postgraduate study | Exact qualification/branch entrance and eligibility |
| Employment | Employer requirements and written terms |
| Outcome comparison | Defined cohort/year/measure; no individual guarantee |
From training to the next qualification
The pathways below explain decisions after study at Great Eastern Medical School. They are an educational guide, rather than a claim about an unreported placement rate or salary package.
| Stage | What the decision involves |
|---|---|
| Complete compulsory internship | Meet the applicable rotation, competency, attendance and registration requirements. Internship belongs to supervised professional training. |
| Consider postgraduate study | Compare the branch, feeder qualification and current entrance route. An MBBS rank is not a postgraduate admission rank. |
| Assess a clinical job | Read the employer’s eligibility, registration requirement, role, service conditions and written remuneration. College selection does not guarantee an appointment. |
| Interpret outcome evidence | Keep cohort year, degree level and measurement together. Training pay, placed-subset median and total graduate count are different quantities. |
