MBBS fee framework · 2026–27

For the state private-college MBBS categories at Katuri Medical College, G.O.Rt.No.785 dated 29 August 2026 sets an interim 2026–27 fee framework. It is different from the schedules for government/self-financing colleges, GITAM deemed-university seats and AIIMS.

Private MBBS interim fee fields · academic year 2026–27
CategoryPublished fee fieldImportant distinction
A · Competent Authority₹18,150Category-specific government-notified field
B · Management₹14,52,000Management-category field
C · NRIUp to ₹43,56,000Maximum field; not an exact tariff for every college

The order applies only to 2026–27. A final committee determination supersedes it, with any difference refunded, adjusted or recovered as applicable. The institution must communicate the interim status in writing. The order also prohibits collection above the notified fee under another description. These fields are not multiplied into an assumed whole-course price, and older joining-sheet entries are not an endorsement that an extra charge is permissible.

Fees, periods and exclusions

The earlier verified embedded fee schedule and existing fee relationship are retained, with their 17 September review provenance. The current notice was retrieved, but its image-based amounts are not claimed as newly transcribed here. Transport and skills charges should not be held flat across years.

The notice dated 3 September 2026 lists initial non-tuition totals of ₹1,75,000 (A), ₹1,85,000 (B) and ₹1,95,000 (C). These include admission, registration, transport, laboratory/library caution and skills-lab charges. Transport and skills charges rise in later years; they are not held flat or merged into tuition.

The other-fee table gives ₹36,750, ₹38,588, ₹40,517 and ₹42,543 for academic years 2027–2030. Hostel fees and caution are additional but not quantified. Use the official reporting checklist and category documents alongside the final allotment.
