Do not assume that a state category certificate satisfies every central requirement, or that a general checklist replaces the college’s current reporting list. Confirm the current reporting counter and travel arrangements before moving. The hospital, academic campus and administrative office may have different addresses. Obtain a dated record of originals handed over and confirm that joining has been entered in the counselling system.
Complete hostel formalities separately, attend orientation and understand attendance, assessment and student-support arrangements. Do not surrender documents or skip a deadline on the assumption that an upgrade will occur. For postgraduate entry, use the NEET-PG process and postgraduate checklist rather than the MBBS form.
