Eligibility checks before applying
Applicants should pass 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology and English under the current admission rules. The commonly prescribed PCB/Biotechnology aggregate is at least 50% for the unreserved category, 40% for SC, ST and OBC candidates, and 45% for unreserved candidates with the applicable benchmark disability; candidates must also pass English. These thresholds and disability or reservation provisions must be checked against the current NEET and counselling bulletin.
Candidates must complete the prescribed minimum age by 31 December of the admission year. Urdu, Arabic or Persian study requirements and any permitted bridge-course pathway should be verified in the current BUMS regulations and college prospectus. Students without the required language background may need prescribed language instruction during the course rather than assuming exemption.
