College learning environment
The initial permission and state seat-addition notice identify the new MBBS college and its approved annual capacity. They do not provide a measured hospital workload, current equipment inventory or hostel allotment list. A useful campus assessment therefore asks about the actual first-year teaching arrangements, laboratory and library access, clinical posting locations and accommodation terms for the admitted batch.
Assess how facilities support daily learning
A named library, laboratory or clinical department tells you what the institution describes, but practical student access also depends on the programme and timetable. Ask how library borrowing, reading spaces, skills practice and clinical postings work for your own qualification. Hostel allocation, accessibility needs and the journey between teaching areas and accommodation deserve separate attention. Published building or bed counts should retain their dates; they are not a score for the quality of an individual teaching experience.
