Hostel, mess and living arrangements
The 2026–27 guideline gives preference to candidates residing outside GHMC limits. Its hostel collection totals ₹23,000: ₹5,000 non-refundable amount, ₹5,000 refundable caution deposit, ₹12,000 rent for twelve months and ₹1,000 hostel-application fee. Mess expenses are not established by that total.
Before paying, obtain the allotment order, the recurring rent and mess schedule, refundable-deposit conditions, rules for vacation periods and the procedure for leaving the hostel. Check whether the quoted collection covers one term, one academic year or a full twelve months.
