Admission and reporting

GITAM deemed-to-be-university medical institution MBBS admission must follow NEET UG → MCC deemed-university. GIMSR explicitly specifies physical reporting after MCC allotment; state A/B/C terminology is not applied.

The 2026–27 page publishes NEET-rank-based tuition concessions and selected matching first-year hostel concessions. Renewal depends on academic performance, attendance and conduct. Eligibility is conditional; consult the complete official table before estimating net fees.

How admission works at GIMSR · GITAM

NEET-UG → MCC deemed-university counselling. Register for the correct counselling stream, enter the exact institution and course in your choices, and follow the allotment and reporting timetable for that round. A MedCollege enquiry is guidance rather than a counselling application.

NEET-PG with the applicable counselling authority for MD/MS; NEET-SS and the applicable counselling process for eligible DM/MCh branches. Nursing, allied-health and diploma programmes use their qualification-specific processes rather than inheriting MBBS counselling rules. A hospital department does not establish a seat in a named qualification.
