Highlights
The college developed from the district headquarters hospital. Government sanction, first admissions, the later foundation ceremony and recognition describe different milestones. The 2010 foundation-stone event does not change the institution’s stated establishment year of 2008.
The history page gives 15 May 2008 as the first permission date, while the NMC proforma on the college website gives 5 July 2008. Establishment in 2008 is consistent, but the exact first-permission date is not reconciled here. The current intake comes from the dated NMC matrix rather than this historic discrepancy.
The dated CEmONC and Radiation Oncology opening references come from the institution’s news archive. A newly described hospital service is not treated as proof of a new postgraduate course.
