Admission route and reporting

For government MBBS admission, distinguish MCC’s contributed AIQ seats from Dr NTRUHS state-category counselling. The regulator intake does not by itself establish a particular candidate’s quota eligibility or a round’s available seats. Check the university’s current local/non-local eligibility rules; old descriptions of a statewide institution should not replace a current prospectus.

The 2026–27 competent-authority notice retains Siddhartha as a statewide institution. Within its local-seat share after AIQ, it specifies AU/SVU proportions of 65.62% and 34.38%; the residual unreserved scope has separate eligibility rules. These are allocation provisions, not candidate admission probabilities.

How admission works at Government Siddhartha

NEET-UG → applicable MCC AIQ / Dr. NTRUHS counselling. Register for the correct counselling stream, enter the exact institution and course in your choices, and follow the allotment and reporting timetable for that round. A MedCollege enquiry is guidance rather than a counselling application.

NEET-PG with the applicable counselling authority for MD/MS; NEET-SS and the applicable counselling process for eligible DM/MCh branches. Nursing, allied-health and diploma programmes use their qualification-specific processes rather than inheriting MBBS counselling rules. A hospital department does not establish a seat in a named qualification.
