Review standard

How MedCollege will evaluate student feedback

A useful college review should identify the reviewer’s programme, study period and relationship with the institution, while protecting personal information. It should describe specific experiences instead of repeating marketing language or making unsupported allegations.

MedCollege will separate verified student feedback from official testimonials. An official testimonial can provide perspective, but it is selected by the institution and should not be presented as an independent rating.

Identity and enrolment checkConfirm that the contributor has a genuine connection to the college without publishing sensitive documents.

Programme contextRecord course, year and campus so readers do not generalise one experience across every programme.

ModerationRemove spam, copied content, personal attacks, incentives and claims that cannot be responsibly published.

Balanced scoringShow category scores and sample size; do not create a strong overall rating from a handful of reviews.

No star score, review count or invented student quotation is added. The official alumni example remains identified as an institutional publication rather than an independently collected review.
