MBBS fee framework · 2026–27
For the state private-college MBBS categories at NRI Medical College, Guntur, G.O.Rt.No.785 dated 29 August 2026 sets an interim 2026–27 fee framework. It is different from the schedules for government/self-financing colleges, GITAM deemed-university seats and AIIMS.

The order applies only to 2026–27. A final committee determination supersedes it, with any difference refunded, adjusted or recovered as applicable. The institution must communicate the interim status in writing. The order also prohibits collection above the notified fee under another description. These fields are not multiplied into an assumed whole-course price, and older joining-sheet entries are not an endorsement that an extra charge is permissible.

2026–27 payments and reporting
The notice gives initial college totals of ₹1,83,150 (A), ₹16,27,000 (B) and ₹45,41,000 (C), combining tuition, one-time admission/registration, annual skills/transport fees and refundable deposits. Allotted students must bring originals and two photocopy sets, with scanned documents retained. These initial totals are not recurring annual tuition.
Residence and transport costs
The hostel schedule, including mess, ranges from ₹1,10,000 to ₹2,40,000 per year by occupancy, gender and AC provision. It separately lists ₹5,000 hostel admission and a one-time ₹15,000 deposit described as 50% refundable. Annual bus charges are ₹35,000 for Vijayawada or ₹40,000 for Guntur/Tenali. Hostel and bus fees are payable in advance; the notice states no refund for withdrawal within that year.
Management tuition framework · 2026–27
The Dr. NTRUHS 2026–27 management prospectus prints MBBS Category-B tuition of ₹14,52,000 per annum and Category-C/NRI tuition up to ₹43,56,000 per annum for affiliated private unaided medical colleges. The Category-C amount is a ceiling, not a certified demand from NRI Medical College, Guntur. The prospectus states that these amounts are subject to the cited court proceedings. These are tuition fields, not total joining or residential costs.
