The published 2026–27 document lists annual tuition of ₹7,45,187 and ₹5,60,000 per year for hostel/mess and educational/clinical transportation. A one-time refundable caution payment of ₹25,000 brings the joining-table total to ₹13,30,187. The combined annual-listed tuition and bundle are ₹13,05,187 before that one-time caution payment; neither figure is a complete whole-course fee.

Hostel and everyday costs
The 2026–27 medical-college fee document combines hostel/mess with educational and clinical transportation at ₹5,60,000 per year. It does not itemise independent room, meal or bus prices. The ₹25,000 caution payment is one-time and refundable according to the schedule. Bank-guarantee security is separate from cash fee collection.
- Allow for mess or food costs separately from a room-only charge.
- Keep travel, books, clinical clothing and equipment outside a tuition-only comparison.
- Separate refundable deposits from non-refundable collections.
- Do not multiply a joining total by 5½ to manufacture a course fee.
Comparing costs correctly
Compare the same programme, admission year, quota and payment period. A joining collection can contain recurring and one-time items; a tuition-only price from another institution is not a like-for-like comparison. A scholarship or reimbursement application does not remove the reporting deadline unless the applicable instructions explicitly allow it.
NRI tuition and payment security
The schedule uses US$35,000 per year for NRI tuition. Currency and quota stay explicit; it is not an INR amount or a standard-quota price. Other charges must be read under the same schedule and eligibility category. A bank guarantee is a separate security instrument. Its face amount is not added to the cash joining total as a second tuition payment, although arranging it may involve bank terms or collateral.
The printed payment heads do not settle every future revision, refund or withdrawal question. Read the current allotment, admission undertakings and fee demand together before committing. Do not apply the MBBS table to MD/MS.

These payment heads sum to ₹1,330,187. They are not all necessarily recurring annual charges. Bank-guarantee security, NRI tuition and any unquoted extra costs are outside this comparison. Refundable caution money remains identified separately.
