The Tamil Nadu 2026–27 government MBBS schedule supplies a general-category reference of ₹18,073. This is a state schedule, not an independently verified Theni joining invoice. Hostel, mess, deposits and any properly authorised additional charge need separate confirmation.
The state prospectus includes conditional ₹10 lakh discontinuation provisions in clauses 23 and 25. Their applicability depends on the stage and conditions specified in the prospectus; the amount is not a universal charge for every withdrawal. Read the current clause and relevant counselling notice before leaving or changing a seat.
The college fee page links the 2026–27 Tamil Nadu MBBS prospectus. It does not by itself provide a separately itemised college joining demand or current PG/hostel tariff. State amounts below remain state references; confirm any additional payable amount with the college.

Build a cost sheet that matches your programme
Use separate lines for tuition, university or registration charges, one-time deposits, examination payments, accommodation, mess and personal expenses. An amount collected at joining is not automatically an annual tuition fee, and an annual fee is not the price of the whole course. Category concessions apply only when their conditions and documents are accepted. Keep any payment already made through counselling in the reconciliation so that the same head is not counted twice. A hostel deposit may be refundable under its own conditions; mess consumption and personal expenses should not be presented as fixed academic charges.
