Odisha reported Round 3/upgradation — 2026
The table uses the final-round destination columns in Odisha’s final reported-candidate list dated 18 October 2026. Source quota and allotted-category codes remain separate, including NRI observations where present. A dash in the source quota column remains a dash.
Figures are NEET All India Rank (AIR), not score or Odisha common state rank. Best and last observed AIR mean the smallest and largest rank numbers within the exact source group. The count is the number of observations in that group, not the number of seats vacant.
These observations are not a certificate of final all-round closing ranks or final admissions after subsequent stray rounds. A smaller AIR number represents a better rank. Do not combine different quotas, category codes, programmes or counselling authorities into one college-wide cutoff.

A missing group is not a zero cutoff and does not prove that a quota is unavailable in every round. Qualification marks for NEET and an institution’s admission rank are different concepts. No candidate names or application identifiers are published here.
Build a shortlist without false precision
- Compare AIR with AIR and keep the counselling round visible.
- Choose the matching course, quota and allotted category.
- Keep state and MCC observations in their own tables.
- Read the current annual capacity and round vacancy matrix separately.
- Use more than one college preference; a previous observed rank is not an admission guarantee.
Rank movement can reflect preferences, new permissions, fee differences, seat conversion, upgrades and reporting decisions. Without comparable multi-year data, one set of observations does not justify a trend chart or a predicted probability.
After an allotment
Read the allotment status, payment deadline, reporting requirement and upgrade/withdrawal conditions together. Do not miss a reporting deadline on the assumption that the next round will improve your college. A seat observed in a published list still has to be understood in the context of that list’s stage and subsequent notices.
