How the admission process works

Admission is merit-based through the relevant state, university or institution. It may involve registration, publication of a merit list, counselling or allotment, verification and fee payment. A national medical entrance-examination requirement should not be claimed for D.DT unless a competent admission authority specifically introduces one.

Keep PCB mark sheets, identity documents, age proof, photographs, transfer or migration records, reservation or domicile documents and any requested fitness certificate ready.

Official verification

Sources to check before acting

Rules, dates, fees, seats and recognition can change. Use the current official document for the admission year and keep the evidence supporting each important decision.
