Eligibility checks before applying
Applicants must be registered as RN and RM, or hold an equivalent registration, with a State Nursing Registration Council and must have a Nurses Unique Identification Number (NUID). They must have at least one year of clinical experience as a staff nurse, preferably in operation-room or perioperative nursing, and must be physically fit.
A nurse qualified outside India must obtain the equivalence approval required by the Indian Nursing Council before admission. The admitting prospectus may additionally require vaccination records, employer permission or a no-objection certificate, but it cannot dilute the mandatory regulatory entry conditions.
