MBBS admission: quota and reporting documents
The 2026–27 document pack covers NEET-qualified MBBS candidates allotted through the relevant counselling route. It provides separate profile forms for UT quota and All India quota candidates.
The order dated 8 August 2026 assigns a committee to scrutinise original certificates. It identifies the Conference Hall in the Office of the Principal as the scrutiny venue. A reporting deadline is not specified in this pack; use the applicable allotment notice and current college instructions.

The order states session 2026–27 even though its file reference contains 2025–26. Older induction notices are not current reporting dates.
Annexure III gives different demand-draft amounts by school board. The draft is in favour of CAO GMC Udhampur, through J&K Bank only, payable at Udhampur.

₹28,450
Payment required with the MBBS admission checklist
These are admission-checklist amounts. The document does not provide a recurring annual tuition schedule, a component-wise breakdown or a whole-course total. Confirm the required amount before arranging a draft.
Class 10 and Class 12 qualification documents; transfer and migration certificates; domicile or state-subject certificate; Aadhaar.
Character certificate from the competent authority and medical fitness certificate.
Category certificate where applicable; parent’s income certificate for EWS candidates; discharge certificate if already admitted elsewhere.
Institutional rules undertaking, student and parent anti-ragging affidavits, and a gap-period affidavit if required.
Four passport-size photographs and two file covers. The checklist distinguishes the attested documents in a file cover from the unattested documents to be stapled.
Document applicability follows the candidate’s circumstances and the college checklist. Two file covers does not mean two complete photocopy sets.
Both quota-specific profile forms record personal and educational information, Class 12 board details, subject marks, University of Jammu registration where applicable, address, contact details and payment information.
Annexure IV is the candidate anti-ragging format, Annexure V is the parent format and Annexure VI is the gap declaration. The candidate format contains parent-style wording in some clauses, and several forms leave the year incomplete. Confirm the accepted wording and year with the admission office before signing or attestation.
The gap format includes a statement about not having joined another degree or diploma course. Applicants whose history differs should ask the college for the applicable declaration and provide accurate information.
The order dated 11 September 2025 constitutes an anti-ragging committee and squad, with hostel wardens included by role. The 2026–27 admission pack separately provides candidate and parent anti-ragging affidavit formats.
Students should obtain the current reporting contacts and reporting procedure during joining. The dated order establishes the published arrangements at that time, rather than guaranteeing current personnel or outcomes.
