Published hostel arrangements
A warden order dated 25 September 2025 describes boys’ hostel supervision in makeshift buildings at the old Kalra College and a newer building opposite Prem Sweets Shop, Roop Nagar. It sets out inspections and attention to student concerns.
A separate June 2025 invitation sought rented accommodation while a permanent facility at Village Baili was awaited. Neither document establishes that the permanent hostel is now complete or that those temporary addresses remain the current allocation.
Confirm the allocated building, room availability, transport and current charges with the college before travelling. These are dated arrangements, not a 2026 allotment notice.
A college order with a 2025–26 file reference forms a mess monitoring committee involving staff and student representation for boys’ and girls’ hostels. It describes oversight of food quality, hygiene and safety, surprise inspections and monthly reporting.
The order has no completed issue date. It does not provide a current mess tariff or confirm the present committee membership.

The security line says both one-time and per annum. Its recurrence must be clarified with the college. These items are not combined with the 2026 admission-checklist payment or converted into a current total.
The order dated 11 September 2025 constitutes an anti-ragging committee and squad, with hostel wardens included by role. The 2026–27 admission pack separately provides candidate and parent anti-ragging affidavit formats.
Students should obtain the current reporting contacts and reporting procedure during joining. The dated order establishes the published arrangements at that time, rather than guaranteeing current personnel or outcomes.
