116 rows without a special-category label; 2 labelled special-reservation rows excluded. These are candidate-community ranges, NOT final allotted-category cutoffs. GRANK is state general rank, not NEET AIR.
| Distinction | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Community versus seat category | A reserved-community candidate can receive an open seat |
| Provisional versus final | A September allotment list is not a final admitted-student record |
| State versus All India rank | GRANK cannot be compared directly with MCC AIR |
| Special reservation | Excluded from the ordinary community ranges |
| Prediction | Observed marks do not guarantee a future allotment |

A useful cutoff comparison keeps the programme, year, round, quota, rank system and allotted-seat category together. A NEET qualifying mark establishes an examination threshold; it does not establish a college closing rank. Tamil Nadu general rank and NEET All India Rank are different measures. Candidate community also differs from allotted-seat category, because a candidate may obtain a seat through another eligible category. The historical observations retained below keep their source labels. They are not predictions, final admitted-student records or a promise that the same result will recur. No trend chart is drawn from incompatible rank systems.
Evidence context: existing college material reviewed 2026-09-24. Added institutional context reviewed 15 October 2026. Individual tables retain their own source years; no new historical series is implied.
