Alumni and institutional history
The official history names Bidhan Chandra Roy and Upendranath Brahmachari among its distinguished alumni. It also records Kadambini Ganguly’s admission in 1883 as a historical milestone. These documented biographies are distinct from current graduate employment statistics.
Alumni history can help explain the institution’s academic development, but it cannot predict an applicant’s career outcome. Verify individual biographies through institutional or other authoritative records before relying on them in a comparison.
