The state prospectus gives the following schedule. This is not a separately obtained Tirunelveli joining invoice. Hostel, mess and personal expenses are additional.

Category totals and payment reconciliation

The state schedule lists ₹18,073 for OC/BC/BCM/MBC, ₹12,073 for SC/SCA/ST and ₹10,073 for persons with disabilities. Use the category accepted during admission. Obtain a written balance after accounting for counselling payments; do not assume every receipt is automatically an additional charge.

PG, superspecialty and hostel bills

A current itemised college demand for these charges was not verified. An indexed residency notice is explicitly for the 2021–2024 course period; its fee and bond figures must not be relabelled as 2026 terms. Request the joining demand, current undertaking and accommodation tariff for your own batch.

Plan cash needed at joining

The calculator separates academic fees, one-time costs, refundable deposits and monthly living expenses. Enter confirmed bills where available and your own estimates elsewhere. A refundable deposit still needs to be paid upfront. Stipend receipts may begin later and should not be treated as money already available for reporting.

Build a cost sheet that matches your programme

Use separate lines for tuition, university or registration charges, one-time deposits, examination payments, accommodation, mess and personal expenses. An amount collected at joining is not automatically an annual tuition fee, and an annual fee is not the price of the whole course. Category concessions apply only when their conditions and documents are accepted. Keep any payment already made through counselling in the reconciliation so that the same head is not counted twice. A hostel deposit may be refundable under its own conditions; mess consumption and personal expenses should not be presented as fixed academic charges.
