Academic, practical and internship timeline
The regular programme lasts two years. The approved distance-education route is listed as three years. Distance mode is not simply an online version of the regular programme: it must be offered through an authorised system with approved study centres, contact sessions, supervised clinical requirements and university examinations.
Before selecting distance education, confirm that the route is currently approved for the institution, university, study centre and admission year. Check eligibility, experience, attendance, contact-programme, examination and clinical-posting requirements. Do not enrol solely because an agent claims the programme can be completed remotely.
