Counselling and university examination results
BMCRI applicants and students may need two different types of result: an allotment from MCC or KEA, and an academic result through the university process.
Allotment result
Read the course, college, quota, category and round, and follow the instructions attached to that result.
College admission
Complete the required reporting and collect the institutional acknowledgement after verification and authorised payment.
Academic result
Use the RGUHS programme and examination-session information to locate the relevant academic record.
Corrections
Follow the authority’s stated process if a document, result or record requires correction.
Do not treat a counselling screenshot as proof that every college-admission step is complete. The 2026–27 manual describes a workflow that ends with the admission letter and completion of the required records.
Keep copies of the operative notice and acknowledgements. Revised deadlines or instructions should be checked through the official authority rather than informal forwarded messages.
