BMCRI Bengaluru
Fee reimbursement and scholarship planning
BMCRI’s current admission manual explains that eligible reserved-category students must follow the relevant reimbursement process. The reduced admission-stage figure is subject to eligibility and subsequent settlement.
Eligibility
Confirm category, domicile, income and scheme conditions through the responsible authority.
Verification
Check which college office verifies the application and how corrections are submitted.
Cash flow
Plan the amount payable at reporting before counting a future reimbursement.
Renewal
Retain the records required for later years and monitor the active scheme window.
AIQ students are instructed to pay the full academic amount at admission and seek eligible reimbursement through their respective states. State-quota instructions distinguish students who have already paid through KEA from those who have not. Ask the scholarship section which instructions apply to your documents and category.
Do not assume that submitting an application is the same as receiving approval. Keep fee receipts, admission evidence and the documents required by the scheme, and check renewal conditions each year. A reimbursement may arrive after the initial payment deadline.
