GMC Thiruvannamalai Fees
MBBS: NEET-UG; applicable state / All India counselling
Fees & payment planning
The Tamil Nadu 2026–27 prospectus gives a government MBBS fee schedule totalling ₹18,073, with tuition of ₹6,000. Its online-payment table separately gives ₹12,073 for SC/SCA/ST candidates and ₹10,073 for candidates with benchmark disabilities, subject to the applicable allotment and eligibility rules. These are state references; quota, concessions and payment already made must be reconciled with the college demand.
The college MBBS page has a heading for a 2026–27 fee structure, but the underlying fee image could not be inspected because the website refused direct connections during this review. A heading alone does not establish an amount. The ₹18,073 figure shown in the profile header is explicitly the state prospectus reference, not a claim that it is the complete Thiruvannamalai joining invoice.
The PG page publishes ₹71,760 for OC/OBC and ₹31,760 for SC/ST under its 2025–26 admission heading. It does not provide enough readable detail to classify every component or decide whether all charges recur annually. These figures retain their source year and category labels; they must not be multiplied into a whole-course price or silently moved into a later admission year.
A useful budget keeps university charges, refundable deposits, hostel payments, mess advances, examination demands and personal study costs separate. Record the payer, purpose and receipt for each payment. If an online counselling payment has already been made, ask the admission office how it is credited before paying an additional amount.

Use separate lines for tuition, university or registration charges, one-time deposits, examination payments, accommodation, mess and personal expenses. An amount collected at joining is not automatically an annual tuition fee, and an annual fee is not the price of the whole course. Category concessions apply only when their conditions and documents are accepted. Keep any payment already made through counselling in the reconciliation so that the same head is not counted twice. A hostel deposit may be refundable under its own conditions; mess consumption and personal expenses should not be presented as fixed academic charges.
