GMC Thiruvannamalai Career Outcomes
MBBS: NEET-UG; applicable state / All India counselling
Internship, stipend & career pathways
The medical education unit publishes CRMI induction and training items. Its January 2026 account describes supervised skills workshops involving injections, airway management, basic life support, ENT and obstetric skills. These are evidence of teaching events, not individual competency certification or a promise of unsupervised practice. Students should obtain their actual rotation and assessment requirements from the training office.
A current college-specific stipend order or payment disclosure was not retrieved. No monthly UG or PG stipend amount is therefore asserted here. Ask for the applicable order, cohort, effective date, attendance conditions, deductions and payment schedule. A stipend during training is distinct from employment salary and should not be presented as a campus-placement package.
The college recruitment page describes vacancy notices for professional and support roles. It does not supply an audited graduate placement rate, salary median or recruiter list. Medical graduates may enter further training or apply for employment through the relevant eligibility, registration and selection processes; the existence of hospital vacancies does not imply automatic recruitment of the college’s students.
| Item | Available evidence | Planning implication |
|---|---|---|
| CRMI training | MEU induction and workshop accounts | Obtain the current rotation schedule |
| Monthly UG stipend | No current college-specific rate verified | Request the applicable written order |
| PG stipend | No current college-specific rate verified | Confirm training-year rates and effective dates |
| Campus-placement percentage | No audited cohort dataset retrieved | Do not compare using invented placement rates |
| Average or highest salary | Not verified | Employment terms depend on the actual role |
| Vacancy notices | General recruitment page exists | Check a dated notification for each position |
Separate medical training from a placement claim
Medical education includes supervised clinical learning and, for MBBS, a compulsory internship pathway. Postgraduate admission, professional registration and employment are separate outcomes. A hospital attachment does not prove that every graduate receives a job offer, and a stipend is not the same measure as a graduate salary package. When considering future study, compare the qualification and eligibility for the next step rather than an invented placement percentage. Where the institution publishes dated outcome or stipend records, their course, cohort and period are kept beside the figure. No employer names, salary averages or guaranteed offers have been manufactured for this profile.
Evidence context: existing college material reviewed 24 September 2026. Added institutional context reviewed 15 October 2026. Individual tables retain their own source years; no new historical series is implied.
