The ₹71,750 MD/MS figure is explicitly marked All India Quota in the 2025–26 PG joining notice. Do not automatically apply it to state-quota candidates or a later session. Build a cost sheet that matches your programme
Use separate lines for tuition, university or registration charges, one-time deposits, examination payments, accommodation, mess and personal expenses. An amount collected at joining is not automatically an annual tuition fee, and an annual fee is not the price of the whole course.
