Hostel accommodation and security deposit
The 30 July 2026 order separately sets hostel accommodation at ₹35,000 for the whole course tenure and a refundable security deposit of ₹5,000.
The Phase I fee table also contains a ₹5,000 hostel maintenance fund. That line is distinct from the separately stated refundable hostel security deposit. Confirm how these are collected, and which charges apply to a non-hosteller, with the Accounts Section.

A current mess tariff and a complete living-cost schedule were not established by this order. Payment of a charge does not itself establish room allocation.
The September 2025 hostel notice invited applications from boys and girls on forms available in the Academic Section. It made allocation conditional on scrutiny, availability and eligibility, with allotted names to be announced separately.
That application window ended in September 2025. A separate notice dated 13 January 2026 invited hostel applications from DNB candidates; it is also historical. Neither notice guarantees a room or opens an application window for a newly admitted 2026–27 MBBS student.
The 2026–27 admission notice directs students to the admission desk for hostel accommodation and related formalities. Obtain the current application, building allocation, room conditions, mess arrangements and payment instructions there.
The committee index publishes links for an anti-ragging committee, disciplinary committee and anti-ragging squad. The 2026–27 admission pack requires candidate and parent anti-ragging affidavits.
Students should obtain the current complaint contacts and reporting procedure on joining. The existence of an indexed document is not confirmation that all listed committee members remain unchanged.
