Use the correct admission-year route
Admission is based on merit in the Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualifying examination. Applicants should read the current admission notification to understand how marks are calculated, whether subject-wise conditions apply and which counselling authority handles the available seats.
Candidates should ensure that their name, date of birth, subjects and marks are recorded consistently across the application and academic certificates. They should keep clear copies of all required documents and track registration, merit-list, choice-filling, counselling, document-verification and fee-payment dates.
Qualifying-examination marks alone do not guarantee a seat. Eligibility, the merit calculation, document verification, seat availability, reservation rules, counselling choices and timely fee payment all affect final admission.
