Build a complete course budget
Fees vary by university type, location, laboratory infrastructure and clinical partnerships. Students should calculate the complete four-year cost rather than comparing tuition alone.
Possible charges include admission and tuition fees, examinations, laboratory consumables, uniforms, personal protective equipment, vaccinations or health checks, books, project expenses, insurance, hospital travel, hostel and mess charges, refundable deposits and internship costs.
Students shall be paid a stipend during their internship. The amount is decided by the applicable State Allied and Healthcare Council, and candidates should confirm the current payment procedure with the institution.
Ask for a written year-wise fee schedule and refund policy. Scholarships may be available through government schemes, universities or charitable bodies, but eligibility and deadlines should be confirmed on the relevant official portal.
