MBBS seats and specialty references
The MCC Round 1 MBBS matrix published on 7 August 2026 lists 125 AIIMS Raipur places under institution identifier 200506 and Open Seat Quota. This is the dated counselling seat reference, not a live vacancy count. The institution’s academic table also lists 125 annual MBBS places, but the round matrix controls the seats offered in that process.
The Round 1 matrix contains nine category/disability buckets totalling 125. Specialty cards use separate institutional references; some include sponsored places and are undated. Do not call every programme reference a current vacancy or subtract an observed rank-record count from capacity to estimate remaining seats.
MBBS Round 1 allocation buckets
These buckets total 125. PH is grouped with its parent category only for this chart; the source has nine separate category/disability rows. This is not a current vacancy count.
