The official AIIMS student page links to AIIMSONIANS, the alumni association. It is a useful starting point for learning about the institute’s graduate community and association activities.
An alumni conversation is most helpful when it is specific. Ask a graduate from your intended programme about the transition into clinical work, preparation for further training, mentorship and how the institution shaped their day-to-day practice.
Check the association’s current membership and event information directly. Alumni recognition and networking can broaden perspective, but they should not be interpreted as a guaranteed referral, admission advantage or employment outcome.
