Hostel and life in Lucknow
KGMU’s hostel page provides an application form, allotment information, committee details and facilities documents. Admission to the university and hostel allotment are separate matters.

The undated university fee page lists ₹2,400 per year for hostel fees and ₹2,500 for electricity. These are reference components, not a current all-inclusive accommodation quotation. Mess costs and other applicable charges must be confirmed separately.
Before paying for off-campus accommodation, check the actual route to your department or hospital site. Consider study conditions, food, utilities and the terms of the rental arrangement as well as rent. A room that appears inexpensive can be inconvenient if it adds a difficult daily commute.
