This page links to official update channels rather than presenting an undated notice as breaking news. Always open the underlying document: a homepage timestamp does not prove that every linked PDF has been revised.
Keep a record of the notice that informed an important decision. If the institution publishes a correction or a revised schedule, use the later operative notice and check whether it changes your reporting or payment requirements.
