Programme-wise admission payments: 2026 notices
| Programme | Amount | Document scope |
|---|---|---|
| MBBS | ₹5,856 | Round 3 reporting notice, 30 September 2026 |
| B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing | ₹3,165 | August 2026 admission corrigendum |
| M.Sc Nursing | ₹2,515 | Admission notice, 6 August 2026 |
| Allied Health / Paramedical | ₹5,000 | Round 1 reporting notice, 13 August 2026 |
These amounts are admission or reporting collections specified in the respective notices. They are not established as recurring annual tuition, nor as complete programme costs. Compare amounts within the same payment scope; a smaller admission collection does not establish a lower total cost of study.
The B.Sc Nursing corrigendum replaces the original ₹3,615 amount with ₹3,165. Using the earlier figure would overstate that admission payment by ₹450. M.Sc Nursing and Allied Health have their own instructions; neither should inherit the MBBS payment figure.

How to use these fee figures
The MBBS second-round reporting notice dated 8 September 2026 specifies a ₹5,856 bank draft. This is a reporting collection; it does not establish a recurring annual tuition or a complete living-cost budget.
Separate each part of your budget
A useful comparison starts with the same programme and collection period. A joining payment, examination charge, refundable deposit and monthly living expense should occupy different lines in your cost sheet. Combining them into one annual tuition figure can make an otherwise attractive college comparison misleading.
For postgraduate medical, nursing, allied-health and research study, use the qualification-specific admission terms. Do not transfer the MBBS reporting amount to those programmes. A paid training post, stipend-bearing programme, scholarship and fee concession also have different conditions; one should not be deducted from your budget unless you actually qualify.
Plan cash flow as well as the final total. Families may need money before a scholarship decision, reimbursement or loan disbursement. Include travel for reporting, essential study materials and an initial accommodation reserve. Keep a copy of the applicable demand, payment reference and receipt so you can reconcile the amount later.
Before paying, match the student name, programme, session and payee with the document applicable to your allotment. An education listing or counsellor conversation is not a payment instruction. A historical amount is useful context, but a later revision can change the collection for a subsequent batch or reporting round.
