AIIMS Bhubaneswar notices and updates

The institutional notice index includes MBBS 2026 reporting notices as well as student, research and recruitment updates. An old item should not be presented as a new application deadline.

Choose the update that applies to you

Classify a notice before reading it as an opportunity. Admission, examination, recruitment, research and general administration notices serve different audiences. A project employment advertisement does not announce a student seat, and a student examination result does not change a counselling deadline.

Read the title together with the issue date, programme and attached document. Check whether a later correction or replacement exists. When saving a notice, preserve its date and a clear filename rather than a screenshot alone; it will be easier to identify the right version later.

Use a personal action list with the task, responsible process and deadline taken from the applicable notice. Set aside items that do not apply to your programme or stage. This makes it easier to act on genuine requirements without confusing them with general campus news.

Before sharing an update with classmates, make sure the context travels with it. A cropped date or a forwarded paragraph without the programme name can create avoidable confusion. Do not represent an expired reporting schedule as a current open invitation.

Your next steps

  1. Identify the notice category and intended audience.
  2. Record the issue date and programme.
  3. Check for a replacement or correction.
  4. Create an action item only if it applies to you.
